Watching “television” really isn’t what it used to be anymore.

It used to be about “TV Time” with the family, after dinner, having desert, watching news, shows, and cartoon encores. Television used to be about “programming” interlaced with fitting adverts for fitting demographics.

Nowadays, “television” is in everybody’s control; no longer a set procession, but rather an open library of historic-to-present visual entertainment to peruse.  Advertisements seep into the subconscious evermore with the evolution of our digital world;

virtual reality is replacing actual reality.
Television has set its course.

Thankfully, I don’t watch a lot of television.
